Is it possible to make ice-"cream" without using milk, cream or any dairy ingredients? The following shows it is possible using a commonly available "magic" ingredient, and flavouring ingredients.
Partly inspired by rum and raisin ice-cream, this recipe is for a chocolate and raisin ice-cream. You could try other ingredients too.
